- This approval relates to Drg No's $03,04,06,07$ and 08 submitted and date stamped 12th January 2004, and plan and letter submitted and date stamped 1st April 2004 in relation to land ownership.
NOTE The applicant is advised to consult the Water Authority with regard to the Water Supply Byelaws.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
