Officer's Report
The site as defined represents part of an existing building at the rear of the established packing and packaging plant on the Cool Road, operated by Robinsons. The drawings are unintelligible. Please defer. - 09.02.04
A further drawing, reference 03BP/R/02 has been submitted 19.02.04 but this doesn't make things any clearer. Continue to defer.
The reason why I have not understood the plans is that they are not for an extension of the existing building but for a replacement which is slightly taller and two bays longer than what exists which has approval for an extension. This is acceptable and finished to match the existing adjacent buildings.
