In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made on behalf of: Robinsons Fruiterers
Proposal: Amendments to approved storage building (03/01703B) at: Ballapaddagh Cooil Road Douglas IM4 2AF
which was considered on 12 March 2004, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the erection of a replacement building as shown in drawings reference 03BP/R/03 Rev 1 and 03BP/R/04 Rev 1 both received on 29th December, 2003 and 03BP.R.01 Rev 13 received on 11th March, 2004.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
