- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- The new extensions must be finished to match the existing structures.
- This approval relates to the alterations and extensions shown in drawings

NOTE It should be noted that it is an offence under Manx Legislation to permit the discharge of harmful matter into public sewers or watercourses. Appropriate measures must be taken to ensure compliance with this legislation.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
