- This approval is in principle only and will remain valid for a period of two years within which time no development may take place until such time as details of the reserved matters (siting, design, external appearance, internal layout, means of access, landscaping) have been approved by the Planning Authority. Such reserved matters should form the subject of a single application:
2- This approval relates to approval in principle for the conversion of the first floor into two apartments and the second floor into one apartment as shown in the location plan and drawing no.s $1204 / 10,1204 / 11$ and $1204 / 12$ date stamped the 12th November 2003.
NOTE Prior to the submission of any reserved matters application the applicant/developer is advised to discuss the proposal with Chief Fire Officer in relation to the Fire Precautions (Flats) Regulations 1996 to ensure that adequate fire precautions are undertaken.
NOTE The applicant/developer is recommended to consult with the Housing Inspectorate with regard to compliance with the Housing (Flats) Regulations.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
