Proposal: Instellation of uPVC sliding sash windows and door to front at: elevation and uPVC casement replacement to rear elevation 21 Church Street Peel IM5 1HN which was considered on 2 April 2004, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. The windows on the front elevation must be sliding sash.
3. The front door must be panelled as indicated on the submitted drawing.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
