In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you.
Proposal: Erection of a block of seventy four apartments with car parking and landscaping on land at Corner Of Premier Road And Mooragh Promenade, Ramsey
which was considered on 16 January 2004, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

NOTE The applicant is advised to consult with the Fire Prevention Officer with regard to the provision of appropriate fire prevention measures.
NOTE The applicant must obtain approval from the Operations Section of the Department of Transport before carrying out any work within the highway. NOTE The vehicle footway crossing shall be constructed in compliance with Manx Roads 2.
NOTE It should be noted by the developer that it is unlikely in the future that applications for the installation of satellite antennae attached to the front of the building will be favourably received. As such, the developer is encouraged to make arrangements for the installation of one communal supply of terrestrial and satellite television which will serve the whole building with antennae which are discreetly positioned - preferably on the roof or attached to any chimney stacks which may appear on the property.
NOTE The applicant/developer is advised to discuss any plans or information relating to condition 6 with the appropriate Planning Officer prior to their submission.
