The design of the dwellings is considered to be acceptable, as is the parking provision given that I advised against the provision of integral garages & a number of dwellings on Slee Rd have no off street parking. The CFO has also objected, however, the applicants advise that this issue would be addressed at Bldg Reg stage. I consider the proposal to be acceptable.
