Proposed is residential use. The application is in principle. There are indicative floor plans. 3. The principal issues are, I suggest: - (a) Would the proposed accommodation have adequate external space, outlets, and environment; and - (b) Would there be an adverse impact on the adjoining property (Lambourne Cottage).
