Planning Report and Recommendations ### General Report Site Visited YES/NO The plot lies on the southern side of Clay Head Road and represents a piece of land which was identified in the Lacey by John Plon as being suitable for one new drawing. The inspector reporting on the plan noted "The site inspection has given rise to a number of dysphoria on grounds of intrusion into the scenic surroundings, disturbance to wildlife, the poor head system etc. However, it seems to me that provided only one drawing was erected on the site and care taken to preserve the ecology and rural hardware of the area. Then the proposed development would be acceptable." (paragraph 6.15) An application was submitted several months ago - P.O 02/16/40 for the principle of a new drawing. This was revised as the plan had not been approved by Tynwald. It was hoped that the plan would have been to Tynwald by now.
