This applicant relates to the excavation, capping and remodlement of the abandoned mine shatts and the affixing of a grille over the mine add as shown on drawing number CA02141 PA13 (Lemon) and as described in the General Method Statement received on 19th June 2003 and the supplementary site specific method statement submitted on 24th September 2003.

The access route to the mines must be agreed with the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries & Forestry and the max national heritage prior to the commencement of any site works.
Works under the new road will pollute the existing water course and plant may not enter the water course to undertake the works.
