   Condition 1

   This approval relates to the excavation, capping and reinstatement of the abandoned mine shafts and the affixing of a grille over the mine adit as shown on drawing number CA02141/PA13 (Revised) and as described in the General Method Statement received on 19th June 2003 and the site specific Method Statement submitted on 24th September 2003.

   The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

   Condition 3

   The access route to the mines must be agreed with the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry and Manx National Heritage prior to the commencement of any site works.

   Condition 4

   Works undertaken may not pollute the existing watercourse and plant may not enter the water course to undertake the works.
