Condition 1

Condition 2
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Condition 3
The access route to the mines must be agreed with the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry and Manx National Heritage prior to the commencement of any site works.
Condition 4
Works undertaken may not pollute the existing watercourse and plant may not enter the water course to undertake the works.
