We occupy the property known as Close Mooar, in field 365. Field 364 mentioned in this application is approximately 60 metres from our boundary.

Field 364 is an easement, and is just over a sixth of an acre. There is no evidence on the 1:2500 map of this area of the IoM of either a dwelling or a well on this site.

We wish to object to the proposed development of field 364 on the following grounds:

1 There is no need for a dwelling on this site - the applicant has no need of a farmworkers dwelling as he does not farm, and holds no land close by. 2 Vehicular access to the land is currently difficult, and would necessitate new gateway(s). 3 There are no services to the land at present. 4 We fear that this may be a speculative venture.
