In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Regulations the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Local Government and the Environment has given EXPRESS CONSENT to Hartford Homes for the placement, erection and/or display of adverts in accordance with the planning application and drawings submitted by or on behalf of the applicant and approved on the 19th March 2010.
In compliance with the requirements specified hereunder and generally in accordance with the requirements of the Control of Advertisements Regulations 2005, the proposal now given consent is for:
Erection of two advertising signs.
The site for positioning the advert is:
Pavilion Apartments Fairway Drive Ramsey Isle of Man IM8 2BQ
The conditions for such placement are:
- This approval relates to the submitted Drawings 01, 02, 500 and Photographs x3 all received on 21st December, 2009.
- The signs hereby permitted must be removed on or before 19th March, 2012 and the eastern elevation shall be restored to its former condition on or before 19th April, 2012.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee under regulation 9(3) of the Control of Advertisements Regulations 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Control of Advertisements Regulations 2005.
The proposed advert may not be erected or displayed until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later. Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
