In pursuance of his powers under the above Acts and Order the MINISTER for Local Government and the Environment, following report by the appointed person, does hereby REFUSE the application by Mr \& Mrs A Edwards Alterations and erection of extensions, 39 Groudle Road, Onchan, IM3 2EF, for the following reasons:-

The development would adversely affect the amenities of the residents of No. 27 The Fairway, due to its mass and proximity, and would therefore be contrary to General Policy 2(g) of the Isle of Man Strategic Plan.
