Design Point Architectural Cranford Cronk Y Voddy St Johns Isle of Man IM4 3NS In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Mr Roger \& Mrs Ruth Willis Proposal: Erection of a two storey extension to rear elevation of dwelling house at: $\quad 36$ St Germans Place Peel Isle of Man IM5 1BZ which was considered on 24th July 2009, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to alterations and the demolition of the existing single storey rear extension and the erection of a two storey rear extension, 36 St Germans Place, Peel as shown by P09 12501 P1, P09 12502 P1, P09 12503 P1 all received 14th May 2009.
- The external walls of the extension must be finished so as to match the existing property.
- The fibreglass roof must be dark grey in colour to match the roof of the existing property.
- On installation the windows serving the first floor of the approved extension must be fitted with obscure glazing which is obscured to at least Level 5 of Pilkington's Guide to window obscurity.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
