In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Mr \& Mrs John Anderson Proposal: Erection of a farm workshop building at: Knockaloe Beg Farm Knockaloe Beg Lane Raggatt Peel Isle of Man which was considered on 14th July 2009, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the erection of a farm workshop building, Knockaloe Beg Farm, Knockaloe Beg lane, Raggatt, Patrick as shown by the plans and information Location, Site, Plans/Elevations and applicant Letter all received 6th April 2009.
- The building must only be used for agricultural purposes.
- The roof must be finished in dark natural slate.
- The southern and eastern elevations of the building must be finished in traditionally laid manx stone.
NOTE: Split stone on a backing render is not acceptable as an external finish.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Whichever is the later.
