The officer's report identified the potential for noise, dust, and heavy traffic nuisance as a key planning concern associated with the waste recycling element of the proposal. The officer recommended refusal, and the Committee's decision aligned with that recommendation.
The application was refused by the Committee. The officer also recommended refusal, citing concerns about the potential for noise, dust, and heavy traffic nuisance arising from the proposed waste recycling centre use.
