The following planning applications have been considered by the Peel Town Commissioners.

14/00192/B Erection of building to provide garage and service facilities, land to rear of Isle of Man Seafood Products Limited, Isle of Man Food Park, Mill Road, Peel (consideration adjourned from last meeting). RECOMMENDED FOR APPROVAL. The Commissioners retain some degree of concern over stability issues in respect of the broogh behind the development and have requested that when the building control application is made that the Commissioners be copied in to the report.
