In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure determined to APPROVE a planning application by Mrs Jonquil Newton, Ref 13/00293/B, for the demolition of existing dwelling and outbuildings, retention and refurbishment of existing stone barn, and erection of a replacement dwelling and recreation / garage annex with associated hard and soft landscaping at Cronkbreck Coast Road Jurby Isle of Man IM7 3ER subject to compliance with the following condition(s):
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to drawing no.s 12TS008-01-Sheet1, 12TS008-01-Sheet2, 01, 02, 10, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 100, 101, 102, 300 and 301 date stamped the 11th March 2013.
- All planting, seeding or turfing shown on drawing no. 10, date stamped the 11th March 2013, must be carried out in the first planting and seeding seasons following the completion of the development or the occupation of the dwelling, whichever is the sooner. Any trees or plants which within a period of five years from the completion of the development die, are removed, or become seriously damaged or diseased must be replaced in the next planting season with others of a similar size and species.
