Condition 1

Condition 2
This approval relates to drawing no.s 12TS008-01-Sheet1, 12TS008-01-Sheet2, 01, 02, 10, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 100, 101, 102, 300 and 301 date stamped the 11th March 2013.
Condition 3
All planting, seeding or turfing shown on drawing no. 10, date stamped the 11th March 2013, must be carried out in the first planting and seeding seasons following the completion of the development or the occupation of the dwelling, whichever is the sooner. Any trees or plants which within a period of five years from the completion of the development die, are removed, or become seriously damaged or diseased must be replaced in the next planting season with others of a similar size and species.
