In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 7th December 2010, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the erection of a replacement agricultural building (comprising amendments to PA 09/02037/B) shown in drawings Location Plan and 85.1.09 Rev A received 29th September 2010.
- The building may only be used for the storage of equipment, vehicles and machinery in association with the maintenance of the site as defined in the approved plans and may not be used for any other purpose.
- Within one month of the completion of the new building all existing buildings and storage containers must be removed from the site.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005. Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Whichever is the later.
