In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 17th August 2010, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to alterations and the erection of a front porch, as shown in drawing numbers ap(90)02, ap(90)01, ap(20)01, ae(20)01 and ae(ex)01, plus Photo01, all date stamped 1st July 2010, in addition to information in a letter from Dalrymple Associates, dated 28th July 2010 and date stamped 29th July 2010.
- The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building Control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Whichever is the later.
