Condition 3
The highway improvement works detailed on plan 10/221/TR/005 dated 18th April, 2011 as approved under PA 11/0684 must be constructed prior to the occupation of any of the dwellings hereby approved.
Condition 4
The external finishes of the extensions must match those of the existing buildings to which they will be attached, in all respects.
