The application submitted information to satisfy four conditions (5, 6, 11, and 12) attached to planning permission PA 24/90966/B for a development at Field 124689, West Kimmeragh Road, Bride. The submitted details covered an ecology plan, planting proposals, car parking layout, and site access improvements. On parking, the submitted plan clearly showed where car parking would be allocated for each pitch. Two-way vehicle passage areas are to be surfaced with a permeable material, and one-way access routes to pitches with grassprotecta surfacing. On access, a self-bound gravel surface is proposed at the entrance and exit points, with measures to prevent surface water runoff onto the public highway and seasonal access management to prevent unauthorised use. Officers noted a risk that the gravel surface might not be sufficiently compacted before use, but considered this acceptable given the temporary nature of the site use.
