TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr John William Ross Cormode, Ref 22/00311/MCH, for the Minor change application to PA20/00675/B to add rooflights and alterations to proposed windows and door sizes and replace balustrades with walls at Ballacamaine Farm Ballacorey Road Bride Isle Of Man IM7 4AW.

Any conditions or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This approval relates to the document, planning statement and drawing no. 100 Rev B, 101, 201 Rev F, 200 Rev F and 202.

NOTE This decision relates to all of the minor changes proposed to 20/00675/B relating to Erection of an agricultural workers dwelling with associated farm office at Ballacamaine Farm, Ballacorey Road, Bride.
