In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 11th April 2012, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval for the alterations, erection of extensions and widening of the existing driveway relate to drawing numbers SC1247/P/10-01, SC1247/P/10-02, SC1247/P/10-03, SC1247/P/10-04, SC1247/P/10-05, SC1247/P/12-01, and SC1247/P/12-02 all date stamped 27th February 2012 and drawing numbers SC1247/P/12-03 REV A and SC1247/P/12-04 REV A all date stamped 13th March 2012.
NOTE The applicant shall contact the Network Operations Section of the Department of Infrastructure prior to carrying out any works within the highway, including the installation of dropped kerbs. ZB
This decision was made by a Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to them under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
