Permission was granted for the erection of an external storage building at the Swagelok Ltd factory on Ballafletcher Road, Cronkbourne, Douglas, Isle of Man. The proposed building was to be sited on an existing raised concrete hardstanding area to the north of the main factory building, measuring approximately 17 metres by 10 metres. This area was already in use for storing oil tanks, skips, and other items associated with the business operation. The application was approved by the Head of Development Management under delegated authority on 14 November 2018, with one condition attached to the permission.

The Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture approved the application for an external storage building at the Swagelok Ltd factory site. The decision was made by the Head of Development Management under delegated authority.
