Appeal against refusal for erection of a dwelling with driveway and parking (revised planning application for PA 14/00761/B)

Permission was refused for a new dwelling on agricultural land at St. Mark's Road, Ballasalla, because the site lies outside any development zone and does not meet the exceptions that would allow countryside development.

Reserved matters permission was granted for a new town centre library, offices, multi-storey car park and public toilets, subject to conditions.

Permission was granted for a replacement building at Meary Voar Arragon, Santon, to provide office space, storage, guest accommodation, a gymnasium and a swimming pool.
