Permission was granted for the installation of replacement bay windows to the front elevation of 38 Bowring Road, Ramsey, a two-storey property on the eastern side of the road between Windsor Road and Coburg Road. The house is attached to properties on both sides, though they differ in style and do not form a uniform terrace. The property is also set back from the building line of its neighbours, giving it a distinct position within the street.
