The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Hartford Homes, Ref 25/91067/MCH, for the Minor change to 23/01110/B (Demolition of existing dwelling and replacement with new dwelling), alterations to windows to front and rear elevations, omission of bay window to rear elevation and reduction in size of annex at Garey House, Glen Tramman, Ramsey, Isle Of Man, IM7 2AP

Any conditions or notes which apply to the approval are set out below.

This approval relates to the document and drawing no. 03, 03 Rev F, 14, 04 Rev C, 15, 05 Rev E, 16, 06 Rev E, which has been received on 28th November 2025, and cover letter which has been received on 5th January 2025.

This decision has been made for the following reasons(s) This decision provides for the APPROVAL of changes relating to: omission of projecting bay window to rear elevation repositioning of chimney and solar panels on main roof reduction in size of the single storey annex containing the Utility & the Shower room changes to windows and sliding doors to side, front and rear elevations, as well as garage roof lights
