TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019
In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Miss Lisa Samaras, Ref 25/90932/MCH, for the Minor change to 25/90672/B (Additional use of workshop as occupational therapy facility) alterations to doors and fenestration to southeast and southwest elevations at Lakeside Patrick Road St Johns Isle Of Man IM4 3BP .

This decision has been made for the following reasons(s) This decision provides for the APPROVAL of changes relating to:
- Change A - create a new single door to southeast elevation and omit new French doors previously approved; and
- Change B - Install a new window to the gable end, to allow for more natural light.
