Good afternoon Paul Following on from our correspondence last week, the Ecosystem Policy Team would be content for condition 6 of PA 23/01511/REM to be discharged on the basis of the information provided in PA 25/10130/AIR. Though no information has been submitted about construction lighting we believe it is important for this condition to be discharged, and the measures the prevention the pollution of Douglas Bay MNR put in place, as soon as possible.
