- 22/00827 - Demolish and replacement Detached dwelling at Raby Beg, Main Road, Glen Maye
- 22/00843 - Summer House and Decking at Ballawillyn Cottage, Patrick Road, St John's
- 22/00903 - Lots of changes at Greenlands, Barnell Lane, Patrick
- 22/00926 - Alterations and Extension to side and rear of Ash Lodge, Patrick Road, St John's
