TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Miss Laura Vaughan, Ref 25/10122/AIR, for the Information in relation to Condition 2 for PA24/91101/B , the drainage details at site entrance,details for drainage management and surfacing at Keppel View 13 Groudle Road Onchan Isle Of Man IM3 2EH .

Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This decision is based on the submitted drawing dated 23rd September 2025 and an email dated 14th October 2025.

NOTE In the instance of the submitted site plan showing the drainage channel submitted on 23rd September 2025 and the email dated 14th October 2025 which provides photos of the proposed drainage channel and additional details of the materials to be used, are deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for planning condition 2 of application 24/91101/B, under the understanding that the development shall not be carried out unless in accordance with the approved details.
