Please find a statement that set out the position of the Planning Authority in respect of the above planning application.
The statement comprises of four parts:
- A copy of the Planning Officers report which assessed the proposal and recommended that the planning application be approved. This was considered by the Planning Committee but the recommendation was reversed and the application was refused on the 17/06/11;
- Copy of the decision notice for this planning application;
- A set of Aerial photographs of the site; and
- Minutes from the Planning Committee Meeting.
