This site is considered suitable for low density development of individual dwellings at a density similar to that of the adjacent properties. Development proposals must address the site as a whole and include a comprehensive landscaping scheme for each property.

Condition 3
Prior to the commencement of development a detailed scheme of landscaping setting out and potentially expanding on the landscaping shown on drawing no. P026-10 must be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority.
Condition 4
Prior to the commencement of development details of the surface water attenuation scheme (reed bed system) must be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority.
