An appeal has been lodged in respect of the abovementioned planning application, to which your organisation is now invited to contribute to its consideration.
Please be aware that whilst the Appellant in this matter has requested that the appeal is considered as a written submission (without cause to appear before the Inspector as an inquiry/hearing), should you wish to have the matter considered as a hearing, please let me know in writing at your earliest convenience. Please note that such request must be supported by the appropriate fee – payable to the DEFA P&BC Directorate.
In progression of the written consideration you are invited to submit a full written statement of your case which would appreciated in an electronic form.
Any statement you may provide must be appropriate and GDPR compliant as it will be published via our website and made available for viewing by the public and other parties involved in this appeal.
Should you wish to view all detail relevant to the application consideration to date, it is available to view here.
Your statement must be in with this office not later than 5 p.m. on 24 January 2025 to enable the submissions to be assessed and redacted (if required) prior to publication.
If the option to have the matter considered in writing is not challenged by any of the parties, this appeal will be considered on written submissions only.
All submissions received by the due date will be published for all to view the detail, after which a further period of 14 days will be allowed for parties to the appeal to make further written representations in response (as a rebuttal), should they wish to do so.
Please note that once that 14 day period has expired no further opportunity for the submission of written comment will be allowed.
Further information as to the appeal process may be viewed here Yours sincerely
