In the matter of the abovementioned planning application at appeal, all statements of case have now been received, and the detail is available to view via the planning online service, https://pbc.gov.im/online-applications/

All contributors are now allowed 14 days to respond to any of the statements published (by provision of a statement of rebuttal). Any rebuttal must be received by this office by 5 p.m. on 18th February 2025, and would be appreciated in electronic copy. These may be sent to our email address [email protected].

Please note that further opportunity for the submission of written comment will NOT be allowed after this date.

Once the date for the submission of rebuttals has expired, the appeal will be referred to the next available Inspector who will, having considered all the submissions and conducted a site visit, prepare a report and recommendation for the Minister of the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture.

In due course you will be advised of the Minister’s decision, which will be issued by the Department, DEFA on the Ministers behalf.
