TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr Paul Johnson, Ref 23/10042/AIR, for the Information in relation to conditions 2, 4, 6, and 7 for PA 22/00373/B - for landscaping and plan details at Plot 2 35 Scarlett Road Castletown Isle Of Man IM9 1NS .

Any conditions or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This decision relates to the written information and supporting plan submitted on 17 April 2023 referenced; Proposed Block Site Plan 1:250 Scale and 1/500 Scale.

NOTE In this instance the submitted details and drawings are deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome as recommended by the case officer and would be satisfactory to discharge the planning conditions No. 2, 4, 6,7 of this planning application.
