In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 26th February 2009, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the erection of a first floor extension to the existing garage and the erection of a link extension to Ballawillan Cottage, Patrick Road, Patrick, as shown by the plans Location Plan, Site Plan, 80.2.08 and 93.3.08 all received 10th December 2008.
- The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.
- The roof lights installed to the front elevation of the property must be "Conservation" type and retained as such thereafter.
This decision was made by the Acting Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
