Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town & Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, byelaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: NO WORKS MAY BE COMMENCED UNTIL SUCH TIME AS -
a) the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or b) any review of the initial decision has been completed; or c) the time for requesting an appeal in relation to any decision at review has expired; or d) any appeal has been completed.

SCHEDULE OF CONDITIONS Application No. 99/1138
- The development hereby permitted shall be commenced before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- The building shall not be occupied until the car parking area has been laid out and clearly identified, and that area shall not thereafter be used for any other purposes other than the parking of vehicles in connection with the use.
NOTE: PRIOR to the commencement of any works the applicant is advised to consult the Chief Fire Officer to ensure that adequate fire precautions are taken.
NOTE: This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
