We would like to submit the following additional comments in support of our proposed application, which are to be taken into consideration by the Planning Committee.
PLOT 1: The proposed dwelling on Plot 1 has been approved at Appeal under planning application number 08/00222/B with a back to back dimension to the rear of the existing dwelling at No 2 Faaie Craine of 25.400 m . (See drawing number $060040 / 10$ for further details).
PLOT 3: Planning application number 08/00223/B for the erection of a detached dwelling with integral garage on Plot 3 was refused at Appeal due to inadequate back to back dimension between the proposed dwelling and the rear of the existing dwelling at No 10 Faaie Craine. (See drawing number 060040 /10 for further details).
The proposed planning application indicates the proposed dwelling set further North-West on the site which now provides back to back dimension between the proposed dwelling and the rear of the existing dwelling on No 8 Faaie Craine of 28.000 m . (See drawing number $060040 / 10$ for further details).
The proposed estate road approved under planning application number 06/01898/REM, to the front of Plot 3, has been re-aligned to allow the proposed dwelling to be set further North-West on the proposed site. (See drawing number $060040 / 10$ for further details).
The proposed South-West boundary to Plot 3, approved under planning application number 06/01898/REM, has been re-aligned so that none of Plot 3 lies directly behind the existing dwelling at No 10 Faaie Craine. (See drawing number $060040 / 10$ for further details).

The proposed planning application indicates the proposed dwelling set further North-West on the site which now provides back to back dimensions between the proposed dwelling and the rear of the existing dwelling on No 4 Faaie Craine of 33.800 m and the rear of the extended dwelling on No 6 Faaie Craine of 24.200 m . (See drawing number $060040 / 10$ for further details).
Part of the proposed dwelling that is to the rear of No 6 Faaie Craine is the proposed single storey Garage outlet with the two storey proposed dwelling set behind No 4 Faaie Craine. (See drawing number $060040 / 11$ for further details).
