Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to drawing no.s SC1016/P/10-00, SC1016/P/10-01 and SC1016/P/10-04 rev. B date stamped the 5th November 2008.
NOTE The Applicant is recommended to contact the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry’s Wildlife and Conservation Division to discuss the type of lamps used within the column lights and bollard lights.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
