In pursuance of his powers under the above Acts and Order the MINISTER for Local Government and the Environment, following report by the appointed person, does hereby REFUSE the application by AGC Limited – Erection of a dwelling with associated garages, vehicle access and landscaping, Field 432537, Phildraw Road, Ballasalla, Malew, for the following reasons:-
The visibility sprays for the new vehicular access onto Phildraw Road indicated upon the submitted plans would be of an inadequate standard to avoid significant harm to road safety.
