The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
This approval relates to the alterations and erection of extensions as proposed in the submitted documents and drawings 08 0406 01, 08 0406 02, 08 0406 03 and 08 0406 04 all received on 27th October 2008.
Obscure glazing (Grade 5) shall be installed in the south elevation of both of the first floor en-suite windows and shall be kept and maintained thereafter.
