Effect of initial decisions
- : An initial decision shall not 'ave effect until the tike for applying for a review of the decis on has expired and, if such an application is duly made, until the review thereof, and any subsequent appeal in respect thereof, has been finally disposed of or intil the relevant times for appeal have expired or the relevant appeal has been duly withdrawn.
Schedule Of Conditions
Application No. 86/0253
- The building(s) shall not be used for any other purpose than that indicated on the plan or in the application without the consent of the Committee.
- This permission for the change of use of part of the dwelling for physiotherapy treatment is personal to the applicant, Mr. D. R. Waterworth, and shall not be capable of assignment.
- The approval hereby granted shall be for a period of twelve months only from the date hereof after which time, if the proposed use is to be continued, a further planning application must be submitted.
- A small notice must be displayed advising visitors of the car parking space as submitted in the additional plan on the 14th April, 1986.
NOTE: It is recommended that entrance and sanitary facilities be provided to conform with the BSI Code of Practice (BS5810:1979) Access for the disabled to buildings.
