The proposal is a reserved matters application to erect a retail unit with accommodation above at Ballabeg Stores, Main Road, Ballabeg. Condition 1
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Condition 2
This permission relates to the erection of a replacement shop with living accommodation above with parking all as shown in drawing 318-01b received on 22nd September, 2008 and the location plan received on 27th June, 2008.
Condition 3
Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Permitted Development) Order 2005 (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order) no extensions, greenhouses, walls, gates, fences, garden sheds, summerhouses, flag poles, decking, garages, or tanks for the storage of oil for domestic heating shall be erected (other than those expressly authorised by this approval.)
Condition 4
The windows in the first and attic floor living accommodation and all windows in the side elevations must be sliding sash as shown and described in the application and retained as such in perpetuity unless otherwise authorised by the Planning Authority.
