Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the change of use of the Ballacallin Hotel to form a private residence as shown by the plans and information 751.08, 129.12.00, 130.1.98 and 131.2.98 all received 6th August 2008.
- The building may be used only as a single dwelling.
- Prior to any development taking place, there must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Authority a scheme of landscaping for the existing hard-surfaced area to the front.

This decision was made by the Acting Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Whichever is the later.
