In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Pro Tours (IOM) Ltd Proposal: Conversion of warehouse to coach depot at: Ballasalla Airport Garage Douglas Road Ballasalla Isle Of Man IM9 2AN which was considered on 13th November 2008, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the conversion of the existing warehouse to a coach depot as shown and described in sheets 1 and 2 received on 15th August, 2008 and the traffic management drawing received on 20th October, 2008.
- Prior to the commencement of the use hereby permitted, the signage and line painting shown in the traffic management drawing received on 20th October, 2008 and described in the accompanying letter of the same date must be in place.
This decision was made by the Acting Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer's report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
